University of Bedfordshire selects Optime Timetabler, Exam, and Booker, following an extensive market appraisal as part of their ‘Transforming Bedfordshire’ strategy review, allowing the university to unify all of their scheduling processes.
The University of Bedfordshire is an internationally recognised and award-winning institution with a heritage of quality education going back more than 100 years. They have a vibrant and cosmopolitan student population that includes around 20,000 students from over 70 countries. The university's two main campuses are located in Luton and Bedford, in the English county of Bedfordshire. The university has a large health teaching provision in Aylesbury at the world renowned Stoke Mandeville Hospital. They are also active in Milton Keynes, London and Birmingham, as well as globally, with a growing portfolio of international partnerships as far afield as Jordan, Egypt, Vietnam, Oman and Trinidad.
As part of the ‘Transform Bedfordshire’ strategy project the university undertook a market review of timetabling, exam scheduling and room booking software solutions. Following that review, EventMAP’s Optime Timetabler, Exam and Booker were chosen, as this innovative suite of applications most closely matched the university’s complex requirements.

After careful consideration EventMAP emerged as the ideal partner for us to realise our vision of one timetable for all University events. We are delighted to be working with EventMAP, having selected Optime Timetabler, Exam and Booker to streamline and enhance timetabling at the University of Bedfordshire."
