Reserve Your Place at EventMAP’s 2024 Education & Training User Group
We cannot wait to welcome you to our User Group in Belfast on Thursday 13 June 24!
Building on the success of previous meetings this is an ideal opportunity to discover more about the latest developments at EventMAP with the Optime software and within the education and training sectors.
The agenda will allow plenty of time to discuss client experience in implementing and using the Optime suite, best practice, along with presentations from experts in the field of timetabling and resource planning and management.
EventMAP staff from the senior management team, including product owners and partners will be on hand throughout the day to converse with you. Refreshment breaks will provide a chance to network with staff from a variety of organisations.

Users and Administrators of the Optime suite of applications are welcome to attend.

Book via our online form on the EventMAP website. Once your request to attend is received, we will confirm by email that your space is reserved and include the full agenda, venue location directions and a list of hotels in the area. Please let us know whether you will attend in-person or online using the reservation form. The closing date for registration is 24 May 2024.
