American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) adopts Optime Exam for semester two exams
It is a pleasure to welcome the American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) to the EventMAP user family with Optime Exam.

As the university grows and continues to attract new students from many parts of the globe, staff realised that a modern exam scheduling solution should be able to reduce the workload and stress of planning and scheduling multiple exam diets throughout the year.
It was important that manual intervention and double keying of data between their student records system, and the exam application be kept to a minimum, in addition to enabling automated enrolment of students on to exams and reduction of errors. After researching the market, AURAK decided that Optime Exam, with its excellent integration capabilities fuelled by the API first approach to software design, which effectively makes all tables and fields within the database programmatically accessible for two-way data transfer, was the way forward. Additionally, the visually appealing easy to use interface, meant that staff could quickly get to grips with using the software ready for their December 2024 exam diet.
